Business is Booming, we have broken several of our records, and have recently opened our 3rd facility. We are looking for an experienced, self-starting Service Manager who can take over a great team and build it into a dynamic force others only dream of!  Experienced Fixed Operation Directors, Service Managers, and reconditioning managers are encouraged to apply.  

Most of our work is reconditioning of our for-sale vehicles so we need someone with a strong operational background that can manage a team of technicians, service advisors, and detailers.  Any retail work that we do is with our existing client base so strong sales background is not required. Strong customer service mindset is a must.  
 
 Monday - Friday No evenings or weekends!
 

 Primary Job Responsibilities to Include: 
  • Managing a department of technicians, service advisors, and detailers.
  • Work as a team to develop and implement department processes for highest efficiency.
  • Work as a team with other managers to meet company goals
  • Overseeing the timely and efficient reconditioning of inventory vehicles.  
  • Maintain daily, monthly, and annual data.
  • Ensure timely and accurate repair and follow up on customer vehicles.  
  • Work with technicians and advisors to effectively communicate service work needs to customers.
  • Meet individual goals and objectives as well as department goals.
  • Ensure department equipment is maintained at an appropriate level for daily use.
  • Ensure all technician flagged hours are appropriate.
  • Ensure all parts are purchased, accounted for, posted according to the dealership policy and keeping accurate inventory counts.
  • Recruit and hire technicians, advisors, and porters as needed.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS
 • Prior service management experience.
 • A critical thinker with excellent analytic abilities
 • Strong communication, customer service, leadership, and organizational skills
 • A valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
