We are looking to add a collection specialist with admin/clerical experience to our amazing team.
No Evenings or Weekends!

Responsibilities:
- Making welcome calls and providing customer service to current and new customers
- Building and developing a business relationship with customers to keep accounts current.
- Making phone calls, texting, and sending emails for collections purposes.
- Maintaining and following up on insurance for customer’s vehicles.
- Meeting and exceeding collection goals
- Follow up on insurance claims
- Add customers to system
Qualifications:
- Customer service 1 year (preferred)
- No prior collection experience required.
- Positive upbeat attitude
