Responsibilities

Ensure that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.
Works with customers to schedule service work, advise customers on additional services needs or recommended estimate cost of repairs and time frame needed
Communicate between customer and techs on customer concerns and time frames
Be able to explain complex repairs to customers in a way that the customer understands what needs to be done
Advise customers on all necessary services for routine maintenance based on manufacturer recommendation.

Qualifications

Working Knowledge of the industry.
2 years of relevant experience required.
Dealertrack experience a plus.
Quality conscious and detail-oriented.
Excellent communication, customer service and problem solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Clean driving record.
Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment.
