We’re looking for a proven Automotive BDM who knows how to work leads, set appointments, and drive traffic. If you live in the CRM, thrive on phone time, and take pride in converting opportunities into shows and sales — keep reading.
What You’ll Do
- Attack inbound and outbound leads (calls, texts, emails)
- Set, confirm, and show quality appointments
- Lead by example with strong phone skills and urgency
- Enforce CRM discipline and follow-up processes
- Work directly with Sales Management to maximize close rates
- Track results, not excuses
